Ben Wheatley's 'Normal' delivers a potent dose of action, dark humour, and stylish violence, anchored by a compelling performance from Bob Odenkirk. While the premise treads familiar ground, echoing elements of 'Hot Fuzz' and Odenkirk's own 'Nobody' films, 'Normal' carves out its own identity through its distinctive tone and kinetic execution.

Odenkirk is at his best, seamlessly blending his signature charm with a believable badassery that makes his character's transformation from reluctant lawman to formidable force utterly engaging. The supporting cast, including Henry Winkler and Lena Headey, provides solid contributions, though some characters feel underdeveloped or are dispatched too quickly.
