Getting Rid Of Hemorrhoids: Knowing All About It

Home \ Colon Health \ Hemorrhoids Treatment \ Getting Rid Of Hemorrhoids: Knowing All About It
Getting rid of hemorrhoids is just like mind over matter. You have to take note of the following: (1) the causes of hemorrhoids and (2) the symptoms that accompany it. This is to assure that you could deal with it properly. Once you get a deeper understanding of the condition, you would definitely learn to live without it.

Hemorrhoids are painfully felt in the rectum as these are tender swellings in the anal margin.  These consist of distended veins that are usually accompanied by blood clotting known as thromboses.  It is believed that hemorrhoids coincide with constant constipation.  With this perception, pregnant women are prone to having the disease because during their first months of conception, one of the conditions they have is constipation.

Getting rid of hemorrhoids seems quite complicated.  However, once you get to know its causes and symptoms at its earliest stage, it can be treated.  There is a saying that “prevention is better than a pound of cure”, which means that if we are aware of what we do and what is happening within our system, we surely can treat ourselves and choose to stay healthy.

The causes of hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids prevalently occur in most if not every one of us.  The differences lie in the approaches of getting rid of it.  Some might feel too much pain but ignore it and say, "Well, it’s just a state of the mind".  Others might put too much effort on their condition and pessimistically say "It’s too painful, I can’t bear it".  To help you out with getting rid of it, let us take a look at its causes:

• Constipation.  This is known as the straining of bowel movement.  Once you stay long on the toilet seat, the tendency is your rectum may be forced to open and drag the hemorrhoidal cushions downward.

• Inadequate intake of fiber.  Fiber intake is important to get rid of hemorrhoids as it is one of the sources of good bowel movement.  Drink plenty of fluids and eat fruits rich in fiber like pineapple to ensure that you would not have a problem with hard stool.

• Tumors in the pelvis.  These cause enlargement of hemorrhoids by pressing on veins from the anal margin.  The pressure on the anal sphincter - the muscle that allows us to control bowel movements – seriously increases the hemorrhoid size.

• Age or aggravating condition.  Once we age, the supporting tissue of the anal canal deteriorates.  This in return, makes the hemorrhoidal tissue loosen up and affect the rectum.

Knowing the symptoms

There are two types of hemorrhoids known as the internal and external hemorrhoids.  The symptoms depend upon the type of hemorrhoid developed in the rectum:

• Internal hemorrhoids.  The internal hemorrhoid is affected by the trauma of the hard passing stool in the anal canal.  Once you experience constant constipation, you are prone to have this type of hemorrhoid.

• External hemorrhoids.  These are bulges felt in the anus and could sometimes attribute to the causes of internal hemorrhoids.  Once you have external hemorrhoids, there is an increasing tendency that you might get internal hemorrhoids as well.

Staying healthy inside-out depends upon how we take care of ourselves as a whole.  As long as we know how to deal with our health condition, everything else will turn out right.  Learning is a process, thus, it is relevant to have a clearer understanding of what our body is undergoing at the moment.

Recommended Product: Venapro
Venapro This comes in two choices namely the homeopathic formula and the supplement. These two works best when used together and not treated as a separate product. Manufacturers of Venapro found it necessary to blend natural ingredients that target the root cause of your problem thus helping you feel relieved from hemorrhoids themselves and their symptoms. However, some people have questioned the efficacy of this product. This is maybe because they found out that it could not remove hemorrhoids. Needless to say however, this $39.95 worth of product is a good buy simply because it treats both external and internal hemorrhoids.
